In 2010, I received my MBA from San Diego State University and decided to start my own business. I chose to open an insurance agency. For the excitement? For the adventure? For the endless paperwork? Yes!
I owned a Farmers Insurance franchise for several years, ultimately selling the business back to Farmers. While with Farmers, I started selling health insurance policies. With the changes in the healthcare laws in 2014, I decided that health insurance and Medicare insurance policies were the right fit for the kind of business I like to conduct -- information based, no-pressure, and helpful. Today, I am licensed in California and Texas. I can offer individual health insurance plans both on and off the health insurance exchanges. I also am certified to sell Medicare insurance policies such as Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplement Plans, and Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. Legal stuff: I am not an employee of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. I will likely receive financial compensation for any sales, paid by the insurance carriers. |
